People always scramble for a last-minute gift for their loved ones. Since it's Mother's Day, why not treat mom with a great movie?

The Wrestler, which stars Mickey Rourke in the Oscar-nominated comeback role of Randy "The Ram" Robinson, is a great movie that you'll want to watch multiple times.

This movie is memorable due in part to Mickey Rourke's unforgettable performance. Rourke definitely excels in the role and really shows what retired wrest-lers go through after their career is possibly over. His accurate portryal of a has-been wrestler is very compelling and spellbinding to watch.

The DVD also has many interesting special features, including a Bruce Spring-steen music video featuring the song, "The Wrestler," which was composed for the movie. Another informative extra is a featurette called "Within the Ring," which takes a behind-the-scenes look at the film. The Blu-Ray version also has a wrestling roundtable discussion with former wrest-lers Brutus Beefcake, Greg Valentine, Diamond Dallas Page, Roddy Piper, and Lex Luger.

This film is a must-have for fans of wrestlting, especially fans of old wrestlers who want to get an inside look. This excellent film is not to be forgotten.

The film also stars Marissa Tomei and Evan Rachel Wood. It was directed by Darren Aronofsky, who also directed The Fountain in 2006.

The Wrestler was released on DVD and Blu-Ray on April 21. The DVD retails for $29.99 and $39.99 on Blu-Ray.
